Buy Nolitel Elna Necchi and sales on the title
Necchi, company Pavia producing sewing machines, announced the purchase of Nolitel Italy for 44 million dollars. The operation aims to expand the Internet business group. The company, which yesterday was suspended from trading on the Milan Stock Exchange and today marks -4.18 at 0.6870 euros, also wants to acquire 66.6% of Elna International for an amount that is about 52.5 billion lire, divided into cash and shares.
